Terms of Use
Last updated September 27, 2026.
These terms apply to WatchHRV and watchhrv.com, operated by Solstice Labs LLC, a Colorado limited liability company, 215 S Wadsworth Blvd Ste 400, Lakewood, CO 80226. Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (Standard EULA) also applies to the iPhone app; if these terms conflict with it, the Standard EULA controls for the app.
Free features and optional subscription
ALL FEATURES ARE FREE. Use the app without an account. We only ever show ads for our own apps, and they are occasional and dismissible. An optional subscription removes all ads and automatic signup reminders in all of our apps on your iPhone. Every feature stays free either way. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled in your Apple account settings at least 24 hours before renewal. Prices are shown in the App Store before purchase.
Important information
WatchHRV reads heart rate variability (HRV) and related readings that Apple Watch saves to Apple Health, and shows averages and trends for general wellness and fitness. It is not a medical device, is not meant to diagnose, treat or prevent any condition, and doesn't monitor you continuously or alert anyone. Readings depend on your watch, how it fits, movement and when it measures, so they can be missing, delayed or imprecise, and averages are estimates. Please don't use WatchHRV to make medical decisions or to change medication. If you have symptoms such as chest pain, fainting or shortness of breath, contact emergency services or a doctor right away.
- Not a medical device; not for diagnosis, treatment or monitoring of any condition.
- Not for emergencies: the app does not watch for problems or alert anyone. Call emergency services if you feel unwell.
- HRV comes from Apple Watch via Apple Health; readings can be missing, delayed or affected by fit, movement, skin and timing.
- Averages, baselines and trend labels are estimates and are not comparable across different apps or devices.
- Talk to a doctor before changing training, medication or treatment because of a reading, especially if you have a heart condition, a pacemaker or an irregular rhythm.
- HRV varies widely between people; a low or high number on its own is not a sign of illness.
WatchHRV provides general wellness information only. It is not a medical device, does not give medical advice, and no clinical relationship is created by using it.
Readings come from Apple Health and your Apple Watch. We don't control how they are measured and can't guarantee they are complete or accurate.
The app is not an emergency or monitoring service. If you think you have a medical emergency, contact your local emergency number.
Please ask a qualified health professional before acting on anything you see in the app.
The optional ad-free plan renews automatically until you cancel it in your Apple ID settings at least 24 hours before the period ends; deleting the app does not cancel it.
Every feature works without an account or payment. Creating an optional account requires being 18 or older.
Promotions inside the app are only for our own apps and never use your health, photo, screen-time or list data.
Our apps work together
One optional account for all our apps. Our apps (Offline Streak, WatchHRV, RollSorted, FastKept, Breathe for Five., All Set Checklists, Stick to Plan, BP Summaries, Daily Step Goals, Days Counting, Little Chore Crew, Payoff and Save, Quit Milestones, Sleep Soundboard, Sleep Summaries, WatchVO2, Water on Track and Words to Lift You) share one optional account. Signing in with the same email or Apple ID in another of our apps uses the same account, so you won't be asked to confirm your age again. Deleting your account deletes it, and its online backups, in all of our apps. Deleting an account does not cancel an App Store subscription; manage that in your Apple account settings.
Ad-free in every app. An ad-free subscription bought in any one of our apps removes ads in all of our apps installed on the same iPhone. Our other apps learn the subscription's current end date when the app you bought it in is opened. If you don't open that app for a while after a renewal, ads may reappear in our other apps until you open it or tap Restore Purchases there.
